Welcome!

The Barn renovation was complete in late April 2017, with an Open House that was held April 23 of that year.  A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 with the Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce. We opened for business in May, and have had many celebrations--weddings, receptions, showers, anniversary parties, and graduation parties--since that time.

The circa 1950s barn, which was once a home for livestock and dusty hay storage, has been lovingly restored. The weathered and worn, nearly dilapidated barn has been brought back to life - a new life for hosting parties and weddings. A blend of old and new, the Barn, or the "Wedding Chapel," as it is also referred to, now boasts new 8” German lap siding on the outside, which has been painted traditional Barn Red, and 6” beaded tongue and groove boards on the inside. The original tin roof remains, along with the exposed vintage roof trusses. The sliding barn doors were handmade to replicate the original doors. Three small, sliding windows were added on each side of the barn to allow for subtle light and a gentle breeze to trickle in when needed. The barn is 38 X 32, has concrete floors, is equipped with a large, antiqued chandelier, dimmable custom-designed lighting, vintage church pews, and features a Bluetooth accessible sound bar.

The renovation of the Reception Pavilion in 2016, was the beginning of our wedding venue idea. The Pavilion is adjacent to the barn and gives you approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of floor space for your reception tables, which includes a covered deck area that overlooks the new firepit.  8" wide German lap siding that is painted traditional Barn Red replaces the old, weathered and worn siding. The original tin roof remains. One end of the pavilion features a sliding barn door, with an area that can accommodate a DJ or Karaoke equipment and also doubles as the groomsmen’s "Man Cave." The other end of the pavilion houses the guys and gals restrooms (both handicap accessible), the prep kitchen (which is equipped with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer), and storage room. The reception pavilion has concrete floors and is embellished with two antiqued chandeliers, along with Edison string lighting across the overhead beams. Open on the north and south sides, there is plenty of room to expand the overflow of guests, weather permitting. There is a designated smoking area just below the Reception Pavilion.

While the wedding party takes after-wedding pictures in the barn, guests can leisurely move over to the grassy area between the Barn and Reception Pavilion for appetizers and beverages, or play a quick game of corn hole.

After sunset, you and your quests will enjoy numerous sparkling, twinkling lights that adorn several areas on the property.
